How returns and refunds work for Curator products.
All sales in Curator are final unless the item received materially differs from its description, or unless a specific return agreement was made in writing between buyer and seller prior to purchase.
Curator items are often one-of-a-kind, handmade, vintage, or otherwise singular. Returns on change-of-mind basis are not guaranteed and are at the seller's discretion.
A return request may be considered in the following situations:
Atloda acts as a neutral mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers. We do not issue refunds on behalf of sellers. However, sellers who fail to honor legitimate return claims or who misrepresent their items may be suspended from the Curator platform.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to seller error (wrong item, significant misrepresentation, or damage due to inadequate packaging), in which case the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
